Terms, Conditions & Policies

These Terms, Conditions & Policies govern all offerings provided by Natalie del Nox / House of Nox, including but not limited to Euphorium events, art sales, and Rapid Transformational Therapy services.
By purchasing, booking, or participating in any offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

1. GENERAL TERMS

All offerings are provided subject to availability and may be modified, rescheduled, or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of Natalie del Nox.

Participation in any service, event, or experience is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. You agree to take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.

These terms apply to all users, clients, attendees, and purchasers unless otherwise stated.

2. EUPHORIUM EVENTS

Tickets, Cancellations & Refund Policy

All Euphorium events are curated, live experiences involving planning, preparation, and non-recoverable costs.

Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated in writing.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, non-attendance, change of mind, personal circumstances, or travel disruptions.
The event may be postponed, modified, or adjusted due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, including but not limited to venue issues, weather, force majeure, or safety considerations.
The organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or third-party expenses.
Entry may be refused or revoked at any time for safety, consent violations, disruptive behavior, or breach of community standards, without refund.
Participation may involve physical activity, emotional intensity, or interpersonal interaction. You attend at your own discretion and responsibility.

At the sole discretion of the organizer, a ticket may be credited toward a future Euphorium event. This is not guaranteed and does not constitute an obligation.

3. ART SALES

All art sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Original artworks
Limited editions
Prints
Digital artworks

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered.

For shipped artworks:

Responsibility transfers to the buyer once the artwork is shipped.
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographic evidence.
Shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Digital artworks are non-refundable and for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY (RTT) SERVICES

Free Initial Consultation

A free 20-minute online consultation may be offered to assess suitability. No therapy is provided during this call.
If Natalie del Nox determines that your issue falls outside her scope of practice, you may be referred to another professional.

Any estimate of required sessions is indicative only and may change as therapy progresses.

Booking & Payment

All RTT sessions are conducted online and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include Wise, PayPal, Interac Transfer (Canada), Mexican bank transfer, or cash in pesos for local clients.

For packages, full payment is due upfront. Program design and preparation begin immediately upon commitment.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Rescheduling or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No refunds are offered for:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session
Missed sessions
Sessions that have already taken place

For therapy packages:

If you discontinue before completion, 20% of the total package price is retained to cover administrative and preparation costs.
Any remaining amount is refunded pro rata, based on the standard full session rate, not the discounted package rate.

Session fees reflect time, preparation, and expertise and do not guarantee specific results.

Medical & Psychological Conditions

You may be asked to disclose relevant medical or psychological history. You agree to inform Natalie del Nox of any changes to your health.

RTT services cannot be provided to individuals with epilepsy or any form of psychosis.

RTT is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

Age Restrictions

RTT services are provided to adults aged 18 and over only.

Hypnotherapy Recordings

Hypnotherapy recordings are for personal use only and must not be listened to while driving or operating machinery.

Recordings may not be shared, copied, sold, or distributed.

Conduct & Sobriety

Clients must attend sessions sober, excluding prescribed medications.

If a client attends under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, or exhibits abusive or violent behavior, the session may be terminated without refund and future work may be declined.

Outcomes

Results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Your participation, commitment, and follow-through directly influence outcomes.

Confidentiality

All sessions and communications are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, involvement of minors, or a court order.

With your consent, case details may be discussed anonymously with professional peers for supervision purposes.

5. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natalie del Nox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any service, event, or offering.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natalie del Nox from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mexican courts.

7. TERMS UPDATES

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current version.

8. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
By booking or purchasing, you consent to the collection and use of your data for service delivery and communication purposes.

You may opt out of mailing lists at any time.

9. CONCERNS & COMPLAINTS

If you have concerns or complaints, please contact Natalie del Nox directly so they can be addressed promptly and respectfully.

Privacy Statement

What data do I keep and why do I need it?
Name and age – this is basic information that helps me get to know you.
Address, email address, phone number – I use this as a way of contacting you regarding your sessions. I will mainly use the method you first contacted me on but if I cannot reach you, I will try a different method. Your email will automatically be added to the mailing list and you can opt out at any time by following the link at the bottom of my emails.
Next of kin/medical professional’s details – If I was worried that you were at risk then I may need to contact your next of kin or medical professional, if I can. I will let you know when/if I am going to do this.
Session notes – I keep brief notes of our session(s), both as a hard copy and saved on the cloud in a password protected folder.

Will I share your data and if I do, who will I share it with and for what purpose?
It is very unlikely that I will share your data. I will not sell it on or use it for unethical reasons. I may have to share it if my notes are subpoenaed by court, if you or anyone you tell me about is at harm or risk of harm I may have to pass this information on. I may also discuss your case during supervision but I only use your first name.

How will I store your data?
The hard copy created during our session is destroyed immediately after the work is finished and transferred to the cloud under a password protected folder, account and computer.

Your phone number(s) may be kept in my business mobile phone with your first name and last initial. Only I will access your information.

How long will I store your data for and how will I dispose of it?
I will keep your details and session notes for a maximum of 12 months. After this time I will destroy any document with your personal information and delete your phone number from my mobile phone. I will keep your email on the mailing list.
